Thank you letter from Dr. Dan Shapira

To
Dr. Aviva Even-Zahav
To the doctors / nurses / caregiver staff

I would like to take this opportunity, along with best wishes for the New Year, to add a few words of appreciation and gratitude. From the initial acquaintance with the administrative staff we realized that this was the place we wanted for my beloved mother. Throughout my mother’s entire stay at the center, it was repeatedly proven that we had made the right choice. The immense dedication that the staff showed towards the residents in all the wards, with an emphasis on the welfare of the patient and his/her family gave us the peace of mind that is so important in these cases. Words cannot express how grateful I am to the professional, devoted and caring staff that was so attentive to our needs and to those of my mother, to the gentle way the staff communicated and their empathy and humanity throughout the entire period.

Regretfully my mother passed away but your wonderful care caused us to know and feel that we did everything we could for her. Please continue doing things your way!

A most sincere and heartfelt thank you,
Wishing you a happy and healthy New Year,
Dr. Dan Shapira and family
